Registration desk opens (tea/coffee). Product displays of all brands are open to participants to view, touch or try.

Seating

Participants are asked to be seated. First two rows of seats reserved. Otherwise, seating on a first-come-first-serve basis. Sets of brief advertisements / videos by partners begin to play in loop, until workshop begins.

Introduction

Workshop begins. Brief introduction by a Prolens member. Invite key guests and partners present to light a lamp. An in-depth introduction to the event, highlighting why we are conducting this workshop, and the flow of the day. A basic introduction to all the sponsors.
