Terms & Conditions

Acknowledgement & Acceptance of Risks & Indemnity:

  • You acknowledge and agree that the Pro Wedding photography Workshop organised by Prolens Venture may change from time to time without prior notice to you, including on account of inclement weather, security and safety considerations.
  • Prolens Venture shall not be liable in any way to you for death, injury, illness, damage, delay or other loss inherent in travel during the Pro Wedding Photography, and the participant undertakes the Pro Wedding Photography at his/her own risk.
  • In the event a Pro Wedding Photography is cancelled halfway, we will not provide any refunds for a Pro Wedding Photography that was not completed after it began, due to reasons such as Act of God, war or war like operations, mechanical breakdowns, terrorist activities or threat thereof, civil commotions, labour difficulties, interference by authorities, political disturbance, howsoever and where so ever any of the same may arise or be caused, riot, insurrection and government restraint, fire, extreme weather or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Company the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised.
  • The Participant agrees to indemnify Prolens Venture for any loss or damage of equipment arising out of or in any way in connection with his/her participation in the Pro Wedding Photography.
  • You understand and agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk and that the Services are provided on “as is” and “as available” basis. You understand and agree that Prolens Venture reserves the right to change the instructor/mentor/photographer for the Pro Wedding Photographyworkshop at any time before & during the camps without any obligation to serve advance notice to you. Such changes will be at the sole discretion of Prolens Venture and shall be binding on you.
  • Prolens Venture reserves the right to expel you from the Pro Wedding Photographyworkshop (either at the beginning or during) for any inappropriate behaviour as determined. In the event you are expelled from a Pro Wedding Photographyworkshop due to inappropriate behaviour, Prolens Venture is not liable to pay you any compensation and will not refund the Pro Wedding Photography workshop fees.
  • All your personal belongings remain your sole responsibility throughout the Pro Wedding Photography workshop you agree that Prolens Venture will not assume any responsibility for loss of, or damage to, baggage or other possessions.
  • Any person under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a person at least 15 years of age or older at all times during the Pro Wedding Photography workshop.
  • The Pro Wedding Photography Schedule is only indicative and the order in which the subjects are covered could vary from one session to another depending on various factors.
  • I certify that I am in good health, have no medical, mental, physical conditions that my ability to travel and/or participate in the Pro Wedding Photography workshop have not been advised otherwise by a medical practitioner. I acknowledge that Prolens Venture is in no way responsible for any costs related to my medical care during or after the Pro Wedding Photography workshop.
  • You acknowledge that the cost of Pro Wedding Photography workshop does not include any form of insurance, and that if required by you will be covered at your own cost.
  • You agree that Prolens Venture may use videos & Photographs of you and activities conducted during the Pro Wedding Photography workshop without seeking your prior permission or having to compensate you for use on social media, marketing & promotional activities online or offline. In the instance where you would like to take down any particular photo or video, this can be done with a written request to Prolens Venture.

 

Change/Modification/Cancellation Policy of Pro Wedding Photography Workshops:

  • If the Services are cancelled before the commencement thereof, Prolens Venture will refund, or issue a credit note in lieu of the charges collected. You acknowledge and agree that itineraries for the sessions are not fixed and may be altered depending on conditions such as bad weather and lack of access to roads, etc.
  • If the Pro Wedding Photography is cancelled by Prolens Venture. The Participant has a choice of a full refund or you can receive a credit note in lieu of the charges collected which can be used to book another Pro Wedding PhotographyWorkshopof the same Value, subject to availability of seats.
  • The date of written (email) communication of intent to cancel is the date considered for calculation of the cancellation fees. Below is the cancellation policy.
    • 25 % of the fee will be deducted if cancelled 1 weeks before the commencement of the Pro Wedding PhotographyWorkshop.
    • 50 % of the fee will be deducted if cancelled 3days before the commencement of the Pro Wedding Photography Workshop.
    • 100 % deduction within 1 day before the commencement of Pro Wedding PhotographyWorkshop.
  • In case a program that has started is cancelled or shortened by Prolens Venture due to a natural disaster or law and order or a political situation or any other unforeseen impactful circumstance there will be no refund of fees.
